Studying the diversity and development of rural or urban cultures, from our most distant ancestors to the present day, and questioning the images we create and remember: these are the missions that the museum claims.

The route thus invites you to discover the Costa Rican heritage: it pays homage to maritime communities, to remote fishing through educational models, navigational instruments and artistic creations. The museum also reveals the time of the agricultural work, the space of the heathen and its festivals or the transformation of linen into canvas thanks to a historical foundation on weaving. End your journey with our photo gallery; what about “Breton clichés”?
