At the table! 3 recipes to delight mother and mother nature

Mini apple pancakes

Preparation
Grate two apples finely. Remove the core from the third and cut it into thin slices.
– Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Sift the flour to avoid lumps. Add Alpro This is Not M * lk Vegetable Drink, Alpro Bake & Roast and the cracked apples. Mix well.
Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat. Pour about 2 tablespoons of dough into the creper machine and place a slice of apple on top. Repeat the operation to cover the entire crepe machine. Cook the mini pancakes for 1-2 minutes until the bottom is cooked through and bubbles form on top. Turn the mini pancakes over and fry for another minute on the other side. Repeat the process until there is no more dough.
– Serve the mini pancakes hot, topped with a good splash of maple syrup (and diced apple as desired).

Strawberry banana shake

Ideal for a beautiful day: a refreshing and fruity shake. With Alpro This is Not M * lk Vegetarian Drink, you can whip it up in no time, giving you time to chat in the sun with mom.

Ingredients: 200 g strawberries – 1 banana – 300 ml Alpro This is not M * lk Vegetable drink – 100 g crushed ice

Preparation
– Peel the strawberries and rinse them. Peel the banana.
– Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
– Pour into 2 to 3 glasses and serve immediately. The fresher, the better!

“Vegamel” pasta

A good pasta dish is always a pleasure! For example, fill conchiglioni with vegan mince, fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, arrabiata sauce, fresh basil and sprinkle with grated cheese. A vegan bechamel sauce will add the finishing touch to this lovingly prepared vegetarian dish.

Ingredients: 500ml Alpro This is not M * lk Whole vegetable drink – 2 tablespoons Alpro Bake & Roast – 300 g conchiglioni (shell-shaped pasta) – 2 tablespoons flour – Juice of half a lemon – 1 teaspoon nutmeg – 150 g fresh spinach – 150 g grated “fauxmage “- 300 g minced vegetables – 400 g arrabiata sauce – 250 g cherry tomatoes (optional: different colors) – A handful of fresh basil – Salt and pepper

Preparation
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drains and reserves. Wash the pot to reuse it in the next step.
Melt Alpro Bake & Roast over medium-high heat. Add the flour and mix it with a whisk to obtain a roux. Pour in Alpro. This is not M * lk Vegetable Drink Whole, stir well.
– Keep stirring until the sauce has the desired thickness (but be careful, the sauce thickens further when it cools). Season with lemon juice and nutmeg. Add salt and pepper.
– Roughly chop the spinach and add it to the sauce with half of the cheese. Mix well until the spinach is ‘withered’. Pour the sauce into an ovenproof dish with high edges (ø 30 cm).
– Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
– Brown the vegetable mince and remove from the heat. Add arrabiata sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
– Cut cherry tomatoes in half and chop the basil coarsely. Serve the conchiglioni on the vegamel sauce and fill them with sauce and cherry tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with basil and the rest of the grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
