As part of an internal development, we strengthen Comptoir Afrique in Paris by looking for:



Report directly to Africa & Asia Zone Director, your activity will consist of developing Africa Counter via sales development, production and management of a team of about ten partners both at Paris (hierarchical attachment) than in Province (functional attachment).

In this context, your most important missions will be:

• Animate, analyze and develop the sales of the Africa department (on existing countries and countries to be launched) and monitor the department’s profitability
• Leading, calibrating and developing the Africa team with the support of local leaders (in the provinces and in Paris)
• The definition of the guidelines for the immersion of production in the various African countries and the development axes as well as the management of production in certain countries (and mainly the supervision of expert producer advisers) according to your knowledge and the needs of the team
• Ensure relationships and coordination with cross-functional teams (database, accounting, customer service, …) on the African perimeter
Finally, you must be responsible for part of the sales at one or more destinations

This position is a real relay to the general management and is a member of the Executive Board of the Comptoir des Voyages.


• Justify an experience with team management
• Has a leadership temperament and is recognized for your managerial attitude and your interpersonal skills
• Has experience from the tourism sector, preferably in sales
• Has a sense of contact and customer satisfaction. Your commercial temperament means you like challenges and like working in a team
• Has a sense of listening, the ability to take a step back and a good portion of pedagogy
• Are organized and strict
• Has knowledge of Africa



Fixed over 12 months between 40 and 48 K € depending on your level of expertise
Variables on your sales targets as well as on the placement of insurance products
• Collective variable (profit sharing & participation) according to the company’s results, up to 2 months’ gross salary
